The hotel's location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts with plenty of nearby activities to choose from. the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with modern furniture and comfortable beds. the helpful staff provide excellent service and serve a delicious breakfast with plenty of options including fresh pastries and coffee. Guests also have access to relaxing facilities including a well-maintained swimming pool.

Some guests felt disappointed by the outdated and limited selection of beverages at the bar.

The location is excellent. Set amidst the Abruzzo National Forest, we had access to hiking as well as exploration of numerous towns in the area. The hotel offered breakfast, breakfast & dinner, or 3 meals - we opted for breakfast & dinner. Both buffets offered a wide variety of food. The pool is good-sized and there was plenty of lawn for play. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made a strong effort to speak English. The room had good storage and a nice balcony for sipping wine and viewing the mountains. We would go back again, without a doubt.

Spent a great New Year's holiday! Really enjoyed the ski slopes and the delicious food. the free shuttle to the slopes was great and saved us money. the hotel was ideally located, close to everything we needed. the staff was super friendly and attentive. we liked that the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The lack of activities during the day, there wasn't much to do besides ski. the Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby area and not in our rooms.

The hotel had free parking and friendly staff who were happy to help when needed. The location was prime, with easy access to nearby ski slopes and other attractions. the food was quite good.

The hotel was overall a big disappointment. The room furnishings were old and worn-out and the bed was uncomfortable.

The staff were always smiling and ready to assist, making me feel welcome and cared for. The food at the restaurant was delectable, and the staff there were friendly and accommodating. The hotel also had a dedicated kids animator who was kind and professional, ensuring the little ones had a great time.
